About 2.5–3 months at scale, following roughly two months of testing. Around $3,000 in costs; reported net of ~$47,000, excluding the value of Ospa’s time.

The decision — and the limitation

After a weak European test, the focus shifted to lower-paying, higher-volume LATAM traffic. Creative improvements came before more capacity. The operation depended on a third-party tool and a distribution route that later closed. This is a historical case, not a method promised to work today. Totals are Ospa’s account; published transfers cover only part of the revenue.

A short funnel. Clear economics.

~$6,200 revenue / one month

A channel warmed the audience before a paid subscription bot. Around 564 buyers, $265 in launch costs and a reported net of ~$5,935 against those costs.

The decision — and the limitation

The deal paid $11 per completed purchase: a 50% share of a $20 subscription plus $1. Fresh, unsaturated sources and an existing partner relationship contributed to the result. The project ended after one month when the partner stopped. Its conversion rate is not a benchmark or a repeatable promise.
